Imaginery situation - A bunch of politicians called up to China and given Rs 200 crores each against benefit - Indian military will not get clearance from politicans( running Govt of India ) to resisit till Chinese military will attack and occupy Arunachal Pradesh. Probability is that 80% of the politicians will agree with China , get the money for themselves , and hold back military till Arunachal Pradesh is gone.
