1)In U.K a person can be detained for 28days before producing in court of law...
2)A non resident in USA can be detained for life time for terror attacks...
In India Cong govt wants a federal agency for terror attcks but not any special anti terror law.....the argument is when in NDA regime we had POTA ,Parl attack happened and other terror attcks happened................
This defies logic.....suppose you have typhiod and doc prescrible a medicine of 250mg,and you are not cured......so what the doc will do........either he can stop the medicine or he can increase the dose of medicine......answer is anybody guess........
