In democracy all the parties have almost the same ideology - To make money as much as you can, To allow relatives/friends to make money and to think, speak of development and try to their hidden or open agenda of theirs and their parties which contains some reasonable improvement of the country.
If you want immediate and sudden development, a dictator like Joseph stalin to rule the country for 25 years and then it should be handed over to DEMOCRACY.
