RE:hyped up pro-congress writer dead
by Ashish Chaskar on May 19, 2008 01:40 PM

I won't say PL was coward, but PL was more diplomatic. He avoided hurting people directly. At the time of MaharashtraBhushan, he did not say word about what Thakrey family was doing. Also, he did not come out openly against emergancy.

Unlike PL, VT was frank and open minded. He spoke his mind without thinking of it's effects. I think, this needs guts.

Despite this, both were great writers. Of course it needs intelligence to understand that not all will think alike and sing the same song as yours.

Bheja Fry and Iyer, Are you understand marathi? if yes, do you understand literature? if not, please do not comment like sily. Of course again, it needs intelligence to understand when to keep mouth shut. That's why we see so many fools around like Bheja Fry and Iyer.
