yet to arrive. infact they arrived at 11-30 pm. the bus started, we reached our center and by jove! within next 1/2 hrs we had done with all our submissions. my take is that on most of the cases the complecations arise because the officers are unable to handle the situations. it becomes graver when the officers themselves start taking one or the other side. yes i was appaled that the situation in so many villages is so dim. but never the less, despite all hassels, it was agood experience.
