If you were to measure a country's values by their tolerance towards lesb and gey rights then you may be right in the sense Danes are more tolerant than others.Not all the danes Hate islam and muslims ,it is a fragement of that society.This hatred is not new but there for centuries among Danes,but every time it comes repacked in different form,this is time it is using the pretext of violence to demonize the faith of islam but many dutch philosophers had extreme antipahy towards Islam in previous centuries too.So this is nothing new
