islam only talks about spreading peace and provides the best system man can have on the face of earth....
it is a complete way of life. it doesnt ask you to worship animals and drink and eat dirty things...it is a satanic deeds...
Allah knows that even in eating shaitaan will misguide men... so He asked muslims to follow the eating rules strictly in islam...
aya aiyohal lazeena aamenu, kulu mimma fil arze halalan taiyeba, wala tat-tabeoo khutuwatish shaitaan, innahuu lakum aduwwum mubeen... (O you who believe- eat what is halaal and pure on the earth, and dont follow the footsteps of shaitan, for he is a vowed enemy unto thee)...
now it is very clear that even in eating and drinking shaitaan misguides the people. so what can be expected in other part of life...
islam guides the people onthe best way, based on which once total peace has been achieved in past and can be done again, inshaAllah.
