The leader of ruling congies(who is a foriegn hand)& her chamchas in UPA govt. had made lot of efforts to remove POTA to appease the minorities for vote bank politics.So these terrorists activities have increased after this & there are lot of legal loopholes to book & punish the culprits.These terrorists will languish in jails & they are fed with tax payers money.What a shame for congies & UPA (Ulta Pulta adulterated )govt.!
