The information given by every one should be taken into considerations. But if someone, in order to have a revenge gives a wrong information, he should be immediately jailed. if the information is correct, he should be protected and given sufficient remuneration. Necessary steps should be taken to see that he is not harassed by calling him to station / court umpteen times by wasting his money/leave and peace of mind.
