whether Quran preaches violence or not, its followers (many with visible impact) practice violence in the name of religion. something somewhere has gone awry. who is responsible ? Of course, Religious Heads. They ought to have preached and practised non-violence to its followers, which is not the case here. You may write - with equal passion - about the need to mobilise true followers of Muslims all over India - with high visibility - obilizing people in millions and issue FATWA against those miniscule population of people participating / aiding and abetting terrorism, then a big difference will occur. When the terrorist reaises that they have no support among their breathern, violence will stop automatically.
