Act by political party and some organization

some political parties and organizations are doing these blasts

if someone does a wrong act, why he will send mail that i have done it ???????

logically thinking ,if someone steals something
will he tell the person that he has stole his belongings??????

the conclusion is

some political parties and organizations are doing these condemnable acts to gain power
