Do not try to ridicule Licence Raj. You are forgetting that generation of your father has seen PL 480 where millions of Indians were waiting hungrily for the arrival of wheat load of ship from USA. It was public distribution system (PDS) which saved millions of people from sure death due to hunger. This is not a prehistoric talk. It was in 60s only.
