Unfortunately we never learn from our mistakes. We shed crocodile tears whenever there is a tragedy. then we conveniently forget it. The Mumbai and Jaipur serial blasts are a few examples.

Zero tolerance to terrorism is a laudable idea. But to bring it to practice, the government needs to provide unlimited budget under the National e-Governance Plan.
The system should be able to detect terrorism. There cannot be a better means than introducing Biometric Smart Card for every citizen and tracking their unusual transactions and movements.
