Zero tolerance ! What does it mean ? In the name of zero-tolerance did this Govt or any other Govt take any step in the past ? No, not at all . If some steps were taken , probably terrorism would have been a things of the history .You are absolutely right that terrorists make a mockery of the word ' Zero tolerance '.They know that these rulers do not have the capability nor the wisdom to eradicate terror from the Indian soil because their hunger ( for power ) prevents them to do anything for the people of India . We feel ashamed of such leaders governing us.
