I guess this person should not be blamed...He is a home minister, according to him, he is doing a good job of house-husband for UPA govt. His main duty seems to visit temples, do pooja-and then if he gets some spare time he will do some "HOME (ministry) work" such as meeting home secretary...I guess he is the worst of all home ministers seen ever since India's independence.
