Arjun Singh is a dethroned Raja due to Indian policies. If you see his activities, he is out to cripple India with his policies e.g. left patronage, OBC reservations based on obsolete data but not clearing creamy layer. He is a shrewd politicians. same case with VP Singh. All these Maharajas are taking revenge on India's growth. If he was interested in growth and really had good leadership skills he would have rid his constituency of feudalism which he hasnt. He doesnt practise what he talks about, he is only playing game of power and revenge
