I think the only alternative now for Govt of India is to transfer all powers to respective States.(TOTAL FEDERALISM).This is because we have been ruled by cow-belt politicians who are miserably wretched human beings. First were the Moghuls who ruled over us, second it was the British now We have yet to gain Independence for India because we are ruled by Congress (read Cow-Belt Politicians).These Terrorist attacks are due to the appeasing policies of Congress, Communists, Samajwadi party & BJP (all Cow-Belt Parties) The day more or total powers are given to States it will be true Independence. The prominence given to Hindi as National Language has been beneficial to Terrorists bcoz Urdu is as almost same as Hindi. Also Local languages are dying due to prominence given in Media to Hindi/Urdu Movies.
