Sorry to Say

Leave alone fighting Jihad, most Hindus particularly the intellectuals do not have a perception of Jihad or Islamic radicalism. The fault partly lies with Hindu religion itself which teachs ALL religions are paths to God..therefore the concept of 'fighting' for God or dying for him is practically unknown. Furthermore Hindus tend to think all religions are inherently good and no religion teaches hatred or violence.
Hindus have been unable to stop Ghazni's 17 raids to India- that is unexcusable...by the same token Islam could never get a foothold in Europe except for a part of Spain..Spaniards however threw it out even after 500 years. Today Islamic radicalism sneaked into Europe & N America by taking advantage of a liberalized secular society and democracy. The difference between India and the West lies in the fact that the west particularly America learnt very fast..being descendants of pirates and Crusading fanatics themselves, they are now up to mark and can match Islamic terror with terror. deep research and nit picking has now educated western world quite well on Islamic radicalism. Same cannot be said of Indians at all. If anything India's intellectuals appear stupid and dont get it at all.
