I dont know abt the Ayodhya place so cant comment much on that. but yes what I can say is the constitution of india came into existence in 1952. Anything that happened before that cannot be taken accoutn of now. So whether Moghals killed someone and Shivaji killed another group or this religion did that or that religion did this. We have to keep in past. If something has been done after constitution then yes its the govts responsibility to get people to task.
