Well, yes, if you are a terrorist, they will ship you off- question you, intergate you, deport you, or throw you in jail. And damn well should because you see, the US has citizens from every country in the world. We cannot afford our children from every nation to suffer at the hands of nationalistic loonatics who hide behind their religion after they've twisted it to their own benefit. It's not cowboy, it's self preservation.
