I think it is urgently required to find who actually is responsible for this act....Certainly this is not an internal operation so we need to know the names of the people who are involved in this act...who are sitting across the border....If we can know the names of the person then we can judge the actions of the US and its ally abt what they can do about this....but ultimately those persons needs to brought to the book...whatever be the cosequences....
