Aks any Dalit who is sick and needs to be operated where will he go? To a one who become doctor using reservtion or to the one who become doctor with merit???
my 2 cents: If Govt really wants to improve the situation of ODB/SC/SC-ST then why can't they build a seperte institute for them till Std 12th and teach them free of cost. and enable them appear for the engg/medical/other professional exams. but there should not be any reservation in selection.
