I agree Arjun Singh is NOT a sycophant. To be a sycophant he(Arjun Singh) must be a different person with a different brain, but blindly supporting other brains. Arjun Singh does not belong to this category at all. Singhji is neither a different person from the Rajiv Gandhi family, nor he possesses an individual brain. He is just loyal even a dog or a rat in the Sonia Gandhi compound. That is all.
