Reduce corruption and good people will come

There are lots of good people who are honest and willing to go to army but get demotivated by corruption and lack of ethics.

For any army corruption is its biggest enemy as corruption can cause treason too.

If you want good people eliminate corruption from defence forces and deals , remember Bofors ? submarine deals ?

Cure the defence of corruption.
