All these high tech people who did not vote have closed their eyes when there was a chance to bring in somewhat sincere and capable people to rule rather than be mere spectators and eternal complainers about the sorry state of the city's infrastructure! They aught to have set examples by being active participants in the democratic process of elections held with great effort, coordination and expenses to the state. Infact the rural masses have done better by their higher turnout for whatever reasons.
