We are to blame. our tolerance. our snail-pace judiciary and laws. our IMPOTENCE is to be blamed. look at america, uk, israel. they also are affected by terror some time or the other. look at the way THEY deal with terrorism and the way WE do! the desecretor of our parliament is still alive because of politicization of the issue!!! SLAUGHTER THEM MERCILESSLY, at least one batch of them and see what fear that creates in the mind of those sitting across the border!
