Well We have no problem with the people working in Maharashtra, But what about large number of people are coming from UP and Bihar. They work in 1/4 of salary what maharashtran takes, It not only create problem but under vacancy. Also most of vacancies in railways were taken by UP and Biharies.Some of them even have ability to work and dont deserve job. whatever this should be stop and The first preference should be given to people from that state
