Milind - I can agree with you to some extent..yes locals should get some preference and it has to be done across all state but why to hate people...why to hit poor auto driver...thats my question...
I feel we can short out any issue with discussion and in a cool way...after all we are Indian and everyone has the right to work anywhere in India. We have many Marathi people working in Bihar/Jharkhand, it is no issue with us.
We need to respect and love each other instead of hurting and dividing the society in the name of region,religion,caste etc. To became a strong nation, we need unity.
