A couple of days back Sagarika Ghose, anchor for CNN IBN TV channel presented a program 'Bangalore vs Karnataka' on the upcoming Karnataka elections. Siddaramaih in an interview openly said in the program that locals MUST be preferred for jobs even for skilled IT PRIVATE SECTOR JOBS. JD(U) party announced that it would implement 30% reservation (not mere preference) for local Kannadigas in skilled jobs in Karnataka. Every single party in Karnataka endorses such views.
This is even a step further than what Raj Thackeray says. What's wrong then if Raj speaks out for the local people?
