well said friend!!!!!! but you know Bombay was not created by Indian gov. but Bitish.....They developed Bombay because of its natural location in their self interest.
Its obvious that sea states have harbors and ports so they became center of commerce.
Every civilization has a peak time and then a fall..Nalanda of Bihar was the best university in history.Muarya, Guptas were from Bihar.
