In India the crime is less is due to the Hindu culture.We Hindus beieve in Karma and follow the teachings of Gita (I am not saying all of them).another major reason is the joint Family culture.Hinduism is also the reason we have few divorces as compared to other religion.
These things are absent in the west.Unfortunately, People in India are emulating the western culture
