This is a stupidity. It seems that Congress wants to come to power by any means. If they are talking about implementing the central schemes implimentation in UP? Please let us know why UP is not developed even though Congress was ruling and had Prime Minister from UP since Independence. Why people in Up have to go to other states for the jobs? Soniaji, please get answers for this first.
