As per Indian Penal Code one will be jailed when one commits a crime!
Sonia asking her party workers to be ready to go to jail and also stating that her son Rahul will join them, actually can be charged with abetting and inciting public to commit a crime and hence can be put behind the bars!
Those at the time of independence movement went to jail knowing fully well that they were breaking the existing British law!
Now is Sonia inciting people to break Indian Law?
Indian Jurisprudence is not the sole proprietary asset of either Mayawati or Mulayam Singh Yadav. Hence, her calling her workers to go to jail is a chargeable offence.
YOu can not choose to go to jail or not! Jails are not railway platforms!
