absolutely true. Narasimha Rao was the only intelligent PM India had and thereby benefitted, his Look EAst Policy (nowadays called the Congress's policy carefully keeping Rao's name out), his freeing of the Economy (manmohan singh shamelessly taking on the credit after stabbing Rao in the back), forging closer relations with Israel and USA,his only drawback was his inability to protect the Babri Masjid because he wrongly beleived the BJP to be a party of gentlemen.
