And the United States isn't a dictatorship? It's a bit more inconvenient for the US govt to do certain things, but when the US administration wants something, it will get it. Most Americans/countries belonging to the UN did not want to go to war with Iraq. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and other criminals simply twisted truth and made up stories (weapons of mass destruction, Saddam supporting al-qaida...) in order to scare and raise the anger among common Americans in order to justify their invasion of another nation which posed no real threat to any other nation in the world. Since then, the US has also threatened countries such as Iran, Syria, North Korea... So does it make it ok for those countries to do a pre-emptive strike against the US? After all, the US justified its invasion of Iraq using "pre-emptive strike".
Also, all this recent talk about Tibet being victims and such. In the past, it has been the aggressor and attacked other ethnicities, the Miao for example. Given the chance (like the riots now), it will attack others. So they are really not the hapless victims as they appear.
Bottom line, every nation/tribe/society past present and future have its pros and cons. Just leave others alone doing their thing and take care of your own. Stop criticizing others because no one, including you/your government is perfect. You are not better than me and I'm not better than you. Just relax, chill and try to live peacefully with your fellow human kind.
