Are you talking about the same US which send their aircraft carriers to the Indian ocean during the Ino-pak war of 71? If it wasnt for the Russian ships armed with nuclear missiles following the US ships the 71 war would have yielded totally a different result... so i would really wont trust US on that for any reason...
