Geographically India is the dominant power in this part of the world. But what is our reaction - it is GOLDEN SILENCE and Ostrich like stance. Whether it is nepal, burma, bangladesh, srilanka, afghanistan, pakistan or now tibet/china - we have maintained silence. what have we gained - lot of goodwill, as the nehruvian mould of diplomats would have us to believe. We have gloated over the fact that in the recent pakistani elections nobody talked about India - it was because we were not missed in their scheme of things. Now we are gloating over the fact that chinese have patted our back for our stance agianst the tibetians and not arguing much about the nationality of Arunachalis. Surely our country will become the super-power by maintaining such strategic silence.
