This is absolutely correct. Violence can be fought with violence. Violent people understand violence. I think the Dalai Lama is going the Gandhi way. Tibet is perfect for guerilla warfare. If the Tibetans can take up arms, against the Chinese oppresion, then today's Iraq will look like a picnic. The Dalai Lama is a saint, and saints cannot fight oppresion. Oppresion has to be fought with fire and blood.
