Yes, it's true that no one would ideally allow anyone to roam around till 3.00 am near any beach or even on the street, however, the question here is on injustice done to Scarlett and not the precautions that, if taken by her mother, would have saved her life. Yes, I agree that precautions should be taken by parents and in the present day world each citizen should be responsible for his or her own life, however, if something wrong is done, then, justice should be done rather than giving a new turn to the case by blaming her mother or looking for excuses in other cases.
