This Dak guy is absolutely correct in one respect - Indian democracy has failed the masses abysmally - it created more folks living in abject poverty than existed before independence. But is it the fault of democracy or the fault of govt run by uncaring, useless, gutless, inept, self-centered, criminally-corrupt megalomanic politicians who've purlioned and perverted the entire democratic process for their own selfish ends? He may be also right in saying that the caste system will never be eliminated vluntarily. But does Indian need to go their 60s Cultural Revolution route and butcher tens of millions of civilians like Mao did?? The questions need no answer - purely rhetorical, right?
