Chinese are basically athiests to the core.....therefore it is no surprise that they have no sense of mercy, compassion and forgiveness....these qualities are necessary to be human.....it is also no surprise that they call Dalai Lama the wolf.....when the only preaching His Holiness gives is of Non violence and Compassion
