A nation in exile
by Dangerous on Mar 19, 2008 06:14 PM

Indian policy makers seem to be too afraid in taking on China...Whereas China openly defies India claim on TWang nd Arunachal Pradesh ,India has recoginsed Tibet as integral part of China...I know that one cannot discard diplomacy in dealing with such rouge states but submitting itself to a country like China is nothing but admitting defeat even before the battle is faught...India should have stood behind Tibet firmly as Tibetans look at us as the solitary source of support...Normalising relationship with China is not going to yield anything as we can only revive trade between the two countries nd China with its cheap products would destroy the indian markets...all the indian companies operating in China r nonprofitable....India should therefore atleast pressurise the Chinese totalitarin regime to give greater autonomy to these destressed people...An independent Tibet is just a dream so the world community should coerce China to atleast provide some autonomy similar to HongKong
