All foreigners find Mumbai very filthy and stay away from it. Hardly any foreign tourist visits Mumbai. Apart from Mumbai there is no famous city in the ghattee land. On the other hand UP/Bihar get maximum number of foreign tourists. Bihar is flooded with Buddhist tourists. While in UP Agra/Fatehpur Sikri, Varanasi, and Lucknow get a lot of foreign tourists. May be they should shift the UNO headquarter in Sangli and then ghattees will also get a lot of tourists!
