The solution lies in doing away with linguistic states, creating smaller states for better administration, decentralising all central government establishments like head quarters of all oil companies,several banks, airlines,railways (central and western), financial institutions, RBI etc out of Mumbai and distribute them all over India so that eqaul distribution of employement all over India. Right now most of the employement in organised sector is concentrated in Mumbai which is regarded as the Commercial capital of India. Even from a strategic point of view concentrating all major commercial and financial institutions in Mumbai is quite dangerous. God forbid, if Mumbai is destroyed whole of India's economy is destroyed. Or else declare all major cities of India as Union territories. Down with parochialism. Hard earned freedom of India should not be lost due to in fighting and narrow mindedness,Jai Hind.
