RE:The truth
by milind sabnis on Mar 22, 2008 11:26 AM

I am against randomly picking up north indians from the state and bashing them up. But I strongly feel rules should be observed. No slums should be allowed on public land. No hawker should be allowed to sell on the roads, only legal shop owners. No faking taxi/auto permits. I know I am sounding too idealistic and these rules are not followed. If everything illegal gets rewarded this way, it is but natural there will be a hostile, even illegal violent reaction too! Come and live in Mumbai and see how our living standards have deteriorated. As about Bal Thackeray, do not listen to the Hindi news channels.. they are very biased. Get his editorial translated by someone who knows Marathi. The "SAU BIMAR" quote was taken from a Punbaji SMS. His ire was against Bihari politicians and not the common man there.
