Dear Murli,
It is market driven advantage. 50 crore people speak Hindi. To sell your product you have to employ hindi speaking people. Otherwise nobody is getting any advantage in the name of Hindi.
So many Marathi are making Bhojpuri movies (The language of Bhaiyas) just to capture a market of 20-25 crore people in India and abroad. All for money- man otherwise who cares the Bhojpuri language. I wonder even they will not like to listen a word of that Language.
