RE:Population control is folly?
by Manjula A on Mar 22, 2008 02:35 PM

Population control has worked in most of the southern states too. But the southerners have their own rich and diverse Indian culture and hold on to it opposing the imposition of the Aryan uniculture in a more subtle manner. That's because of their love for their own language, customs, festivals, dresses, dances and songs. South Indians still wear their bindis on their foreheads. They don't empty a dabba of sindur on their heads and stop wearing bindi, like most Aryans have started doing now. The marathis should also promote their own culture, in the form of language, customs, festivals etc., instead of letting the Aryans first usurp on all that and then trying to fight it violently.
