Nehru ensured that only UP bihari can be a PM. MUMBAI is actually MUMBA AAI, Mumba is the name of a goddess, like we have jagdamba, Amba and AAI is mother, in ANY language. If Mumbai's development is left to Central Govt., remaining Maharashtra will prosper like Gujarat. Mumbai is a big liability for Maharashtra.
