Left should be banned from contesting Loksabha polls
by Sajith N on Mar 18, 2008 06:10 PM

Left front wants absolute power without responsibility. Kerala sent 19 MPs from the state to Loksabha and they did not join the government. If you want to implement your policies, you should be part of the government.
If they can't rule, why the hell the people have to go through this expensive process called Election?
Instead of being part of the government, they are providing external support to blackmail the UPA government. If they were sincere about the nuclear deal, why did they allow the government to go ahead with the 123 agreement or even the discussions with IAEA in the first place? They only wanted to blackmail the PM with the threat of withdrawing support. They should be taught a lesson in the next elections.
