Sah, I have sympathy towards you. What I could understand that you are madarsa taught brainwashed fool and not living in this world. Namaz is nothing do in the development of anyone otherwise the people who do not read namaz should have been duffer, whereas it is entirely reverse. There are lots of people, who have not heard namaz, but they are so developed, there contribution to society is so big, which you cannot think even in your life. None of people who have contributed to the society had hardly heard about namaz. Islamic criminals have brainwashed you to the extent so that you should never be able use your own brain gifted by Almighty and you remain in the clutches of these Islamic criminals fundamentalists, who do not allow even to think you about your own ancestors own blood. So far your advise to read namaz 5 times a day then I think they would not have any time left to do anything, as they have to live in house, they can not go out to do anything creative be it job, or any profession and would remain dumb like you. So far your comparison with Quran - an ordinary literature (if it is at all literature, and useless) with the knowledgeable literature shows your mental level.
